PHP in templates is so last decade
Release frequency with WordPress accomplished, check.
Same as Textpattern CMS 4.6.1, 5 times faster than WordPress to complete the tests, while transferring 5 times the data in the process.
Damn, this should be in a huge banner, top of the front page, flashing even.
40 seconds to SFTP up the complete textpattern directory, along with css.php and index.php in the root. A minute to sign on to the admin, check languages, diagnostics, view site. 27 Textpattern sites upgraded today, nothing to report.
Locally, I have multi-site working fine, just haven’t gone live with it. Honestly it’s never been a big deal to upgrade Textpattern once in a blue moon, but I’d like to launch more dynamic sites now that themes aren’t an issue anymore.
Much appreciation goes to everyone sending code snippets GitHub’s way, the core is rendering great. Go TXP!
